1. Overview

These Terms of Service („Terms“) govern your use of InFilly, a Chrome browser extension for LinkedIn message personalization, operated by Dennis Redder / eingenetzt („we“, „us“, „our“). By installing or using InFilly, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

InFilly is a browser extension that helps users personalize LinkedIn messages by auto-filling message templates with publicly visible profile data (name, company, job title). InFilly is a productivity tool — it does not automate sending messages, scrape data, or perform any actions on your behalf on LinkedIn.

3. Free and Pro Plans

InFilly is available in a free version and a paid Pro version. The Free plan includes limited features (1 template, first name autofill). The Pro plan (€3/month or €25/year) unlocks additional features including up to 50 templates, full autofill, outreach dashboard, and template import/export.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with InFilly Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@infilly.app with your license key or the email address used for purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Lemon Squeezy.

Refunds after the 14-day period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Renewals (monthly or annual) are not automatically eligible for refunds, but if you contact us before the next billing cycle, we will cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use InFilly in compliance with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You may not use InFilly to send spam, harass other users, or engage in any activity that violates LinkedIn’s policies. We reserve the right to revoke access to InFilly Pro if we determine that you are using the service in a way that violates these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

InFilly processes all data locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your LinkedIn data or message content. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

InFilly is provided „as is“ without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. LinkedIn may change their interface at any time, which may temporarily affect InFilly’s functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to update the extension promptly when such changes occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of InFilly is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of InFilly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
